Cohort Mentor Bridget Mullen

Bridget Mullen holds an MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and a BAE from Drake University. She has been awarded numerous residencies including Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, Headlands Center for the Arts, The Jan Van Eyck Academie, and MacDowell. Her recent solo exhibitions include Nazarian/Curcio, Los Angeles, CA; Nathalie Karg, New York, NY; and Annet Gelink, Amsterdam, Netherlands; and recent group exhibitions include Bradley Ertaskiran, Montréal, QC; Marianne Boesky, New York, NY; Fahrenheit Madrid, Madrid, Spain; and Fabian Lang, Zürich, Switzerland. She is the 2022 recipient of the Chiaro Award from Headlands Center for the Arts, a 2021 recipient of a New York Foundation for the Arts Painting Fellowship, and received a studio award from the Sharpe-Walentas Studio Program in 2017–2018. Mullen’s work has been featured in publications including Artforum, Art in America, The Brooklyn Rail, and Juxtapoz. Her work can be found in the collections of the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam, Netherlands and the Ogunquit Museum of American Art in Ogunquit, ME. She was born in Minnesota and lives in Beacon, NY.​

Group Exhibition — Chelsea, NYC

June 3rd - 5th, 2027
After completing 3 semesters with your mentor, your cohort experience will culminate in a pop-up group exhibition at The Canopy Studio in Chelsea (NYC).

CANOPY PORTAL

While enrolled in The Canopy Program, you will have access to the Canopy Portal, an archive of recorded Canopy lectures, recommended readings, films, podcasts, and opportunities you can revisit any time.

Tuition and Financial Aid

The full tuition total is $6,500, which includes:
Deposit: $500 deposit to secure seat in cohort
(part of tuition)
Semester 1 Tuition: $2,000
Semester 2 Tuition: $2,000
Semester 3 Tuition: $2,000

The cost per contact hour is $88–92.

Please note: Upon acceptance, a $500 deposit is due on Friday August 15th, 2026 in order to secure your spot in the cohort. The deposit will be applied toward your tuition.

You may choose to pay the full tuition at the start of the 1st semester or enroll in a payment plan.
